Sustainability plays an important role in construction and industry, our daily work area. Partly thanks to our international experience, we can see that it is really possible to make a difference through corporate social responsibility. This ensures that we are continuously aware of the importance thereof, the challenges that this entails and the responsibility that we as Dulimex can and want to take in this.
Sustainable products are high-quality products. Every day, we are involved in controlling and further optimising the quality of our products, as well as that of our processes and services.

People who feel comfortable are more motivated, more enthusiastic and perform better. At Dulimex we therefore work in an open corporate culture, in which everyone feels free to express themselves. These can be fresh ideas, but also points for improvement for our organisation.

Working safely is a precondition, which is why we apply up-to-date hazard identification and risk assessments. For example, we continuously monitor whether our working environment still meets the conditions set by us.
Furthermore, all our employees are offered preventive medical examinations (PME) on a voluntary basis. This is intended to map out the lifestyle, work ability and health risks of our employees and to respond to this, if necessary. The outcome of the PME is of course discussed with the relevant employee only. Our goal is to actively contribute to both the well-being and feel-good factor of our employees.
Dulimex wants to continue to develop as an organisation. And for that we really need our people. Offering professional training opportunities is therefore indispensable. Our employees are offered study and training courses, enabling them to develop certain competencies, such as problem-solving and communication skills. This allows for more effective and smarter work. By empowering our employees, we grow as a whole.


We believe it is important that the values and manners we pursue within Dulimex are clear to everyone. We have therefore laid down a number of house rules as part of our company regulations.
