The number of burglaries is falling thanks to burglary prevention, from approximately 92,000 in 2012 to approximately 50,000 per year. It has been shown that with certified hinges and locks on windows and doors, the chance of a burglary decreases by about 90%.
In our wide DX range you will find a lot of SKG-certified window and door security products, such as hinges and casement fasteners. You can use these products for burglary prevention in renovation and new construction projects. If you use SKG-certified products, a home may qualify for the Police Residential Security Warranty (PRSW). It takes burglars more time to enter a house awarded with the PRSW hallmark. The chance of a successful burglary decreases by no less than 90% for a home with this type of police warranty.

Highlighted product: Smallest casement stays for top-hung windows
Smallest casement stay now also for narrow window frames
Our DX® Window folding opener SKG ** can be used on frame depths from as little as 32 mm thanks to a narrower mounting base. This casement stay still has the shortest handle on the market and can be mounted in combination with a barrier rod.
It was a challenge to ensure that the new model with less mounting surface could still pass the SKG test. The base was adapted for this. The renewed casement stay is available from stock in white, black and stainless steel.
