DX Panic exit hardware in Curaçao!
Our panic exit hardware can also be found across the border. The emergency exit at Curaçao International Airport is equipped with DX 2 panic exit hardware. The fittings have been installed by our partner Door Design Curaçao.
Products used
For this double door situation, a two-point top and bottom closure from the DX 2 series is fitted on each door (PO 294 EB SE). Due to the presence of a door needle, the choice of a top and bottom closure is a sustainable solution. The vertical rods run neatly along the door needle and the latches lock tightly into the bottom and top strike plate.
A side closure in the middle would eventually have resulted in damage to the bolt. When opening and closing, the bolt hits the door needle every time with all the logical consequences that entails.
