Erwin Melsbach: 12½ years at Dulimex!

Erwin has been working at Dulimex for 12.5 years, and we all celebrated this anniversary on October 5th! They are strongly united as a team, therefore a bit of friendly rivalry is a must during an anniversary. Joop gladly looks back on the beginning of Erwin's employment.

During the job interview, Joop asked Erwin, "Which football club do you support?" to which Erwin proudly responded, "Feyenoord." Fortunately, Joop wasn't scared and said, "You've been hired by an Ajax supporter." ^{(*in the Netherlands Feyenoord and Ajax are rivals).} But it was the beginning of a great collaboration.

Erwin started as an order picker and now works in Expedition, handling goods reception. He also occasionally doubles as a handyman, gardener, or electrician. In short, Erwin is a jack of all trades. But in all his work, one thing truly characterizes him: he works incredibly precisely and immerses himself in his tasks. Plus, he's always cheerful!

A big thank you to Erwin for your dedication over the past 12.5 years. Here's to the next 12.5! 🥳
