The HRM & Finance departments are closely related and consist of an HR Manager and a Financial Manager.
Those who enjoy going to work are capable and willing to do more. That is why we jointly promote an open and informal corporate culture. View our vacancies here >The HRM department is run by Corine. She draws up the personnel policy and supports management in its implementation, among other things. And because people make all the difference at Dulimex, she regularly assesses staff training needs. She further elaborates this in collaboration with the management team and coordinates any follow-up steps.
She is also involved in all common HR work areas, such as recruitment & selection, working conditions & safety and sickness absence prevention.
The Finance department is run by Roelie. She is responsible for the entire financial and business administration. This includes credit management and international payments. In addition, she prepares the strategic financial policy and supports management in its implementation.
She also takes care of all matters concerning payroll, financial statements, taxes, insurance and day-to-day payments.
