The Marketing team consists of a marketing & information manager, a marketing employee and an ICT employee. The marketing and ICT disciplines have been united in the Marketing & Information department. In these times of big data and high volumes of information processing, bringing the knowledge of either field together benefits both. This makes the marketing of companies easier.
Yet regular marketing operations too receive plenty of attention. Whether it concerns setting up marketing campaigns, maintaining the website, preparing mailings and newsletters or organising trade shows, it is all driven by the marketing team. The team can respond quickly in the implementation and deployment of both online and offline marketing resources. The department is managed by the Marketing & Information manager.

Discipline Marketing
Roeland, Edwin and Maud
The marketing team consists of Roeland, Edwin and Maud. Together, they think about the strategic and tactical details of the marketing and promotion mix, so that Dulimex products can be marketed as effectively as possible. This is the basis for the marketing calendar they compile. Any marketing communication arising from this is taken care of by Edwin. When selecting a resource mix, the emphasis is on e-mail marketing and social media. The website plays a key role in this. Keeping the website up to date with the correct data and images is therefore part of the weekly activities. The same applies to content generation and management and additional DTP work and management of the showroom.
Discipline ICT
Roeland and Henry
The Dulimex ICT team consists of Roeland and Henry. Together, they think about the deployment of ICT within the organisation to improve processes and information flows. Henry is the trouble-shooter and fulfils the helpdesk function within the company. He offers the support that is needed within the organisation to facilitate the internal work processes and to ensure overall continuity. Henry is in daily contact with the IT Partners of Dulimex.
