Now also CE marking on stainless steel ball-bearing hinges

In addition to the appreciation for our range of DX construction hinges with the CE certificate, our stainless steel flag hinges have now also been awarded the CE mark! As a result, our stainless steel flag hinges can now also be used in window and door situations where CE is required or desired.

During the CE inspection, an ITT (Initial Type Testing, test for durability) and an FPC (Factory Production Controll, audit of production processes) were carried out. The final conclusion is that our stainless steel flag hinges meet the CE requirements.

Stock Vaassen
With this CE certificate, the current stock of stainless steel flag hinges in Vaassen is immediately CE approved, despite the well-known CE logo in the hinge leaf being missing. This can be recognized by the extra CE sticker on the small packaging, with all details, QR code for DOP and maintenance instructions. Our stock is undergoing a logistical transition. The current stock where the leaf does not yet display a CE logo will be sold out with the CE sticker. Then there will be room for the new stock, where the CE logo is stamped on the leaf.

SKH list
They will soon also be included in SKH Publication 98-08 Burglar-resistant façade carpentry. SKH is the leading institution for a reliable quality indication.
