Quality and safety DX hinges rewarded
Dulimex can now also prove the quality and safety of the DX® hinge range. The hinges have passed the CE inspection and can now also be used as window and door fittings in situations where CE marking is mandatory or explicitly desired. In addition, our SKG® security hinges are also included in SKH Publication 98-08 for Burglar-resistant facade carpentry.
Quality and safety are important issues for us, both in our products and in our processes. The better we perform in this regard, the better it is for you and your customers. In May 2019 we again received ISO certification, an important quality mark for our business processes. Immediately after that the CE inspection started. Our hinges underwent extensive checks during the production process and of course the end product was also inspected. As a result our hinges are now allowed to bear the CE mark.
Striking carrying capacity
This was not the only good news because what did the various tests show? Our DX® hinges score relatively high in terms of load-bearing capacity compared to various other hinges in the market. We are therefore extremely proud of our CE marking.
What does this mean for you?
All DX® hinges that you will receive from now on are CE certified. Despite the fact that in some cases the well-known CE logo is still missing from the hinge leaf, these DX® hinges also meet all CE requirements. In our logistics transmission we first sell out the current stock without CE logo, our new stock will be provided with the CE logo on the hinge leaf.
