Warehouse & Logistics department
The Warehouse & Logistics department is responsible for the warehouse and logistics at Dulimex. In the safe, clean and well-equipped warehouse, more than 125,000 kg of goods are processed each month, both incoming and outgoing. All movements of products in the warehouse (incoming, internal and outgoing) are carried out entirely with hand scanners by the Warehouse & Logistics department. Stocks are updated in real time.
Various internal means of transport are used to carry out the work. Examples include a forklift, a reach truck, a number of stackers and a motor pallet truck. Pallets are sealed using an automatic pallet wrapper. The storage racks, internal transport equipment and other systems (loading bridge, electric roller doors, air conditioning, fire extinguishers, etc.) are inspected annually. All employees are certified to work with the various internal means of transport and some employees are CER-certificated. The department is managed by the Warehouse & Logistics Manager.

Planning, Transport & Administration team

The Planning, Transport & Administration team is responsible for the daily management and administrative support of the logistics team. Each day, they ensure that the expedition, production and order picking teams can work as efficiently as possible, among other things. In addition to these logistical responsibilities, the department also provides facility services within Dulimex.

- Unloading incoming dispatches
- Goods receipt, inspection, stock-keeping and storage
- Stock-taking, moves and replenishment of floor stock
- Loading of outgoing dispatches
Order Picking team

The Order Picking team is responsible for
- Collecting orders and preparing them for dispatch.
- Stock-taking and replenishment of floor stock (transfers).
- Handling of sample requests.

- Packaging and stickers
- Producing for the store concepts
- Various cleaning and maintenance work
