1.5 km chain as a hanging system!
A lowered ceiling of oak beams. That is the ceiling of the French sports store chain Decathlon in its new location in The Hague. The oak beams are hung with our DX DIN 763 chain!
The project
The French sports store Decathlon has opened a new branch in the basement of the old building of the V&D on the Marktstraat in The Hague. This building also houses the Spanish fashion chain Stradivarius, the Canadian department store Hudson's Bay and La Place.

For this project we were able to supply the chain with which the construction of the lowered ceiling of oak wooden beams is hung. A total of approximately 1.5 km of galvanized chain 4 mm DIN 763 was supplied and used for this purpose (763-04ER). The chain and accessories are also very suitable for these types of purposes because of the industrial look it can give to the interior.
