Successful ISO control audit

Monday 25th February the annual audit of the ISO 9001: 2015 took place. By sampling was checked whether our business processes still meet the requirements. The audit was successful and in the coming year we can again call ourselves an ISO-certified company.

Quality is our top priority. Every day we manage and further optimize the quality of our processes, products and services and we do everything in our power to further ensure this. On 23rd April 2018 this resulted in obtaining the ISO 9001: 2015 certificate.

ISO 9001 Quality management system
ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management systems. The most important business processes are mapped and monitored based on this standard. When applying ISO 9001 continuous improvement of quality is the central issue.

These processes are tested annually by means of audits. This way we ensure that we always meet the highest standards.

Quality, availability and competence
At all times we want to excel in terms of quality, availability and competence. In oder to achieve this we are constantly on the move. With the ISO 9001 certification we have taken the next step to demonstrate and guarantee the quality of our processes. Furthermore we have recently optimized the availability of our products by purchasing Slim4's stock planning software. And the expertise of our staff is continuously maintained at the required level through internal and external training courses in the field of product knowledge and job-related skills.
